All orders placed between 01/12-24/12, will be eligible for extended returns. The same returns process applies, and a credit note / exchange will be offered in replacement for the item. Items must still be in an unworn, brand new condition upon receipt back.

Please note, we are currently unable to offer refunds.

We only offer store credit or exchanges.
For all returns or exchanges, please email LYDIA@OFFTHEHANGERUK.COM stating your name and order number as the subject (without this, it will delay the process).

This must be done within 7 days of receiving your order.  You then have a total of 14 days from date of delivery, to get the item back to us. We understand there is sometimes delays, therefore we advise you send your item as tracked delivery to avoid this.

All items are carefully checked upon receiving back, and any that have perfume scents, body odour or makeup stains will be denied and returned to the purchaser. 

Please do not contact us regarding any returns until 5 working days has passed from date of us receiving. 

We aim to process all credit / exchanges within 2 working days of us receiving them back.
